The pediatric faculty of the University was the first pediatric faculty in the world. Now it is the leader in training of future pediatrists.
The training includes lectures, tutorial, practical and clinic training.

Besides these are not only pediatric chairs such as infantile diseases, infantile infections, propedeutics of internal diseases, but also chairs, where students study diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis of some adults diseases as a child at the age of 14-15 has the constitution of almost adult man.
Besides clinical training pediatrists study fundamental natural, bio-medical, medico-prophylactic disciplines. The main feature of Pediatric faculty is that fact that along with general medical subjects students get knowledge about peculiarities of children's treatment.
After completion of the 6th course and passing the state examinations the graduates will be awarded the Doctor of Medicine degree and will receive their Diplomas.
